Dr. Mireille Guillot is a neonatologist and clinician-researcher at CHU de Québec-Université Laval. After completing her pediatric residency and neonatology fellowship training, she completed a research-intensive fellowship and MSc in Neonatal Neurology at The Hospital for Sick Children, University of Toronto. Her research focuses on identifying modifiable risk factors in the neonatal period to improve brain development and long-term outcomes in children born preterm. Her research also aims to better identify neonates at high risk of adverse neurodevelopmental outcomes and to develop clinical strategies to optimize the care of neonates born preterm. Mireille is also the happy mom of two girls. In her spare time, she likes running, traveling and hiking.
