Dr. Brock Williams is a Registered Dietitian, Sessional Lecturer and Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Pediatric Food Allergy at the University of British Columbia (Vancouver, Canada). Over the past 10 years, he has worked as both a clinical and research dietitian in areas such as Translational Medicine, Gastroenterology/Hepatology/Nutrition, and Allergy. His major clinical and research interests lie in micronutrients and childhood feeding (human milk feeding, complementary feeding and the prevention and treatment of food allergy). Brock's current research is focused on the primary prevention of food allergy through early introduction of allergenic foods in infancy.
