Munaza Jamil
Munaza Jamil is a clinical research leader with more than 25 years of experience advancing the design, delivery, and oversight of clinical trials across academic, healthcare, and industry settings.
As Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (EDIA) Lead for N2 Canada, Munaza supports research teams across Canada in strengthening the inclusivity of their research programs, helping to improve access, participation, and representation in clinical trials.
Munaza serves as National Director for Canada’s Clinical Research Workforce Strategy, working with academic institutions, healthcare organizations, and industry partners to strengthen research capacity and the talent pipeline supporting clinical trials. Her work advances the recognition of Clinical Research Professionals (CRPs) and strengthens workforce capacity across Canada’s research ecosystem.
She is a passionate advocate for patient-oriented and inclusive research, championing greater representation and participation of ethnic minority, immigrant, and racialized populations in clinical research.
Munaza also serves as faculty in McMaster University's Applied Clinical Research Program.
