Holly Longstaff
Holly is a PhD level trained ethicist and research consultant. She serves as an ethicist on a US-based central IRB and has worked as an ethics consultant for Health Canada, the Public Health Agency of Canada, and the CIHR Ethics Office. Her work has been published in a variety of journals including CMAJ, Trends in Neurosciences, and Cell Stem Cell. She is currently the Director of Research Integration and Innovation at the Provincial Health Services Authority of BC supporting researchers across all their programs and is the Chair of the UBC Children's & Women's Research Ethics Board. She is an appointed member of the Panel on Research Ethics (PRE) and also Chairs the national data access committees for the HostSeq Canadian COVID-19 Genomics Network (CanCOGeN) and Marathon of Hope initiative.
