Scott Ramsay
Dr. Scott Ramsay, RN is a member of Métis Nation British Columbia, an Assistant Professor in the School of Nursing at UBC, and an Investigator at BC Children's Hospital Research Institute. His primary area of research is health equity research on neurotrauma, with a focus on equity-deserving groups. He has various projects on health services and clinical studies ongoing. Within this work, he has a special interest in the role of health services and nurse-led care in pediatric neurology. Scott has been a pediatric nurse for over a decade having worked only at BC Children's Hospital. He is a dad, husband, and coach. Prior to health care and research, Scott was a high-level hockey player.
