Meet the Speaker!

Ami Baba, PhD is a Senior Project Manager at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. Her work is focused on improving the transparency, quality, and utility of child health clinical research. Ami is the lead author of the pediatric-specific reporting guideline extensions for trial protocols, reports, and systematic reviews: SPIRIT-Children and Adolescents (SPIRIT-C) 2026, CONSORT-Children and Adolescents (CONSORT-C) 2026, and PRISMA-Children and Adolescents (PRISMA-C) 2026. She also championed the involvement of young people and family caregivers in the co-production of knowledge in several methodological research projects, including CommuniKIDS and TIDieR-Children and Adolescents (TIDieR-C).
